Fræðslu- og aðalfundur Trans Íslands, félags transgender fólks á íslandi verður haldinn laugardaginn 27. mars næstkomandi kl. 14.
Fundurinn fer fram í Regnbogasal Samtakanna ´78 að Laugarvegi 3, 4. hæð.
Formaður félagsins heldur stutt fræðsluerindi: Réttindabarátta Transfólks og helstu áhrifavaldar.
Varðandi dagskrá aðalfundar eru lagðar til breytingar á félagslögum þannig að lögmæti aðalfundar verði staðfest sem sérstakur dagskrárliður, eftir kosningu fundarstjóra og fundarritara, en fyrir skýrslu stjórnar.
Endurskoðandi verði einungis kosinn einu sinni en ekki tvisvar eins og núverandi lög gera ráð fyrir.
Samkvæmt núverandi lögum félagsins er dagskrá aðalfundarins eins og hér
segir:
1. Fundur settur.
2. Kosning fundarstjóra og fundarritara.
3. Skýrsla stjórnar
4. Endurskoðaðir ársreikningar lagðir fram.
5. Umræða og atkvæðagreiðsla um skýrslu stjórnar og ársreikninga.
6. Lagabreytingar.
7. Kosning formanns, ritara og gjaldkera og eins endurskoðanda.
8. Kosning endurskoðanda.
9. Ákvörðun ársgjalds
